YES! I AM SICK!
2 days ago, wasn't feeling very well but still went training. Poh still say i ka jiao wei, act sick, wad a great friend huh? After that, still went to dover to fetch JAMIE SEK, she made me wait for 30 mins!!! Luckily, she promise to come over my hse to take care of me. That poor girl had to see me sleep and cant play audi like wad she always does at my hse.
Went to see doctor ytd and he said maybe i over train. I dun believe him eh cos i was tinking y my team mates can continue training as usual and not getting sick but i will.. I guess i ate too much heaty food nowadays. Sorry Khim and Poh for not going gym with u guys today. i realli not feeling well. believe me for once can?
The amount of ppl in this team is going down down and down, but i believe we will continue to train hard and keep the fire going up up and up!

This sport was a passion a few months back. But now, i admit, it isnt't a passion anymore. For me, i train not having any passion but i train for the team, for my brothers. Without the passion, i still can train hard, continuosly pushing myself to my limits. Why am i doing all this for? Its none other than for this team, SPDB. After pushing so much, i can even hear from one of them, he is maybe quitting, at the moment not rdy to come back to train with us. Honestly, im tired, i fall sick at times, but there is just this part in my mind telling me im still fresh, i can still go for training. Like coach says, its all about time management, its whether u wan it anot.I also wish to have more rest days, i want to spend more time with my family and my girlfriend. Im even starting to neglect her. But for me, once i take up this sport, i shall face it, making a little sacrifices. im really lucky she's understanding but still its not fair to her at times. Sorry girl, i will still fork out time for u, i noe u need my time. I shall not be unhappy at this moment, i will take it as they need the rest. I just want to say one thing. To me, a medal is nothing, a friendship, a brotherhood is something. It is something im here for.

Was getting bored in class during environmental safety lecture, so Bryan , me , Danial and Jacob started to play wif fire... all i did was offering them my belt n deodorant .. the rest were all done by Brayn... took a video of it ... Enjoy!

okok, its time for me to update...
had endurance test 2 days ago and clocked 18.18 mins.. was quite satisfied with it.. As for another 3 of my brothers, dun be emo, i noe u guys did ur v best le...
1.u being able to hav the determination to train ur chin ups makes u a champion le..
2. u had a very strict instructor to time u and this shows tt ur posture for all the 2 sets of 50 were perfect..
3. and as for the 3rd brother of mine, u were very thin in sec sch, now ur muscles hav grown obviously.. u are very strong now.. continue to train hard!

De yu gt injured on his head and bleed quite alot. shall not post pics of it cos its kinda gross.. he did his endurance test the v nxt day and clocked 15mins.. The best right rower of the junior team! nice 1 Botak!

Finally, me n my gal get a chance to go out tgt jus now... we didnt have alot of time for each other because everyday, i hav dragonboat trainings in the morning till noon and she has dance frm noon till 10 in the night. the onli time we meet is when i fetch her home.. sad right?

went to causeway point with her today and had quite a nice talk with each other.. she tells me abt her dance instructor and all tt.. its real funny! And , 2 of my cousins saw me n her at MOS burger..LOL! such a coincidence...

okok, time to update le. was very lazy to blog for the past few days.

Friday:

Had a SPDB juniors gathering. went to sch guildhouse at abt 11 am to go to the spa to relax n chill. Had some arguements but shall not talk abt it. Only took 1 picture at the jacuzzi..After which we headed to Sakae Sushi for the buffet at west mall. Some ate till they vomit and all was bloddy damn full. i tink we ordered a total of 50 plus coloured plates. Some pictures to show u all.

Woke up earli in the morning at abt 6.02am to get rdy for work after snoozing my alarm for a couple of times.
I'm suppose to meet the rest at 6.15 at khatib mrt but knew tt i could not make it on time.

Went to changi where our suppose-to-be workplace is located at. Found out tt we went to the wrong branch office. Thx to HaoJie.LOL!
So had to go all the way to City Hall.The person thr briefied us on wad we r suppose to do and we had some trainings. After the training, those Germans told us tt we can go except sy n edmund.
We were realli v pissed when they told us tt they will call us when they need us to come down.
After all the hard-work in travelling , thisis wad we get. Fine! If thr is no work for me, i shall work hard on my dragonboat trainings.

While waiting for sy n edmund to finish work, we went to slack around. Saw a few stuntmans on the Esplanade.

Today is our 4th month anniversary. Could not celebrate cause i hav dragonboat training in the morning and she has dance in the evening. But we somehow celebrated ytd alr.

AGAIN! Woke up at 6.50am for my training ! Today's training was the most tiring training i ever had. Take a look.

Decided to create a blog for the fun of it. And also to talk abt my boring rowing life and to talk abt HER! U all wan to noe more things abt her de right? Can come here to see. HAHA.

Today is a very long day for me. Woke up at 6.50am. Met sy n NKF at sy block downstair at 7.05am. Then met gh at yishun Mrt station. Waited for tt Cong for f**king long. Big Tits(De Yu) pon training today. Reached Kallang Sea at 8.29. We were nearly late all thx to cong.
Ran 6km and start our paddling.
Paddled:
3km warmup
2 sets of 500m sprints at 90% intensity
4 sets 300m sprints at 100% intensity
4 sets 200m sprints at 100% intensity

Went to hav lunch with the juniors then home sweet home to sleep.
Realised tt i was having fever so went to tak a nap.

Woke up and was well again.
Sy n gh came to my hse at abt 8pm and we trained weights. Some muscles to show u guys.
